I am a mental health, life and executive coach with a solution focused approach to help you achieve your goals. When people hear “mental health” they often associate the term with “mental illness” or a diagnosis. However, Mental health encompasses everything from stress management, trauma, anxieties, and your overall sense of well-being. I have so much passion for breaking the stigma associated with mental health and supporting people in becoming the best version of themselves.
I utilize practices such as Cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, mind-body practices, and neuro-linguistic programming to deliver meaningful 1:1 sessions and mental health based workshops. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, burn out, stress management, and substance use disorder recovery. I also specialize in supporting professional organizations in creating a culture that supports mental health, manages employee stress and burnout, and enhances the overall sense of well being within the organization.
